For the Crust:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (14 oz) bag soft caramels
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Melt caramels with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over baked crust and sprinkle with pecans.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel layer. Return to oven for 5 minutes to melt chocolate, then spread evenly. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
