Gooey Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars

Decadent layered bars with a crunchy base, gooey caramel center, and rich chocolate topping.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (14 oz) bag soft caramels
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt caramels with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over baked crust and sprinkle with pecans.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel layer. Return to oven for 5 minutes to melt chocolate, then spread evenly. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
