For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, then drizzle caramel sauce on top. Add nuts and marshmallows if using.
- Bake for another 10-12 minutes until chocolate is melted and caramel is bubbly.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
