For the Crust:
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
