Garlic Butter Salmon

A delicious and easy-to-make garlic butter salmon that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
