For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges if desired.
