Ingredients

- 16 ounces cauliflower rice (I use frozen)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp chili
- 2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
Instructions
- Heat skillet on medium-high heat and add butter.
- When butter is melted add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add cauliflower rice, salt and pepper and chili. Stir and cook until cauliflower rice is light brown.
- Remove skillet from heat and top with lemon juice and parsley.
