For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of each liner.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour filling over crusts, filling each liner 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely before topping with raspberries.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
