For the Crust:
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add potatoes and onion. Cook for 8-10 minutes until potatoes start to soften.
- Add garlic, green beans, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Return sausage to the skillet and stir to heat through. Serve warm.
