For the Crust:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add oats, shredded coconut, chopped peanuts, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
