Easy No Bake Peach Custard Mini Tarts

Delightful mini tarts with a creamy no-bake custard filling and fresh peach topping, perfect for summer desserts.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 tbsp peach preserves, warmed

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into mini tart pans and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spoon custard into chilled crusts. Top with peach slices and brush with warmed peach preserves. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
