For the Crust:
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add ginger, fennel seeds, and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain into a mug, stir in lemon juice and honey (if using). Drink warm.
