For the Crust:
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- Add remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic, broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the pan. Add cooked noodles and sauce mixture. Toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes if desired and serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
