For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble wraps by spreading Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then adding lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
- Roll tortillas tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
