Easy 16-Minute Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wrap

A quick and delicious grilled shrimp wrap with creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  3. Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
  4. Assemble wraps by spreading Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then adding lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
