- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste (optional)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir the mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and onion powder until smooth.
- Add in the bag of coleslaw mix.
- Mix thoroughly until the coleslaw mix is thoroughly coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving to allow flavors to marry. You can use fresh shredded cabbage instead of pre-made coleslaw mix for a homemade version. Optional additions include purple cabbage, celery seed, or fresh lemon juice for variation.
