For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
- Top each tortilla with romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
