- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring.
