Decadent Pecan Caramel Cheesecake

A rich and creamy cheesecake with a buttery pecan crust, swirled with homemade caramel and topped with toasted pecans.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until blended.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Drizzle caramel sauce over top and swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake for 50-55 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Garnish with toasted pecans and additional caramel before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
