			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Fold in melted chocolate until fully combined. Pour over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of dulce de leche onto the batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before slicing.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
