Decadent Dulce de Leche Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

Rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake bars swirled with dulce de leche for an indulgent dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Fold in melted chocolate until fully combined. Pour over the crust.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dulce de leche onto the batter and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
