Decadent Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

A rich and creamy cheesecake swirled with cinnamon sugar and topped with cream cheese frosting for the ultimate dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat 3 packages of cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour half the cheesecake batter over the crust, then sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat layers and swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. For frosting, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and remaining cream cheese until fluffy. Spread over chilled cheesecake before serving.
