Decadent Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

A rich and creamy cheesecake swirled with cinnamon sugar and topped with a cream cheese glaze, combining two beloved desserts into one show-stopping treat.

For the Crust:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pre-made cinnamon roll dough (8 count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened (for glaze)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Press cinnamon roll dough into the bottom of the pan to form a crust, pinching seams together.
  3. In a large bowl, beat 16 oz cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream, mixing well.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Swirl half of this mixture into the cheesecake batter.
  5. Pour batter over the dough crust. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. For glaze, beat 4 oz cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake before serving.
