Decadent Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

A luscious cheesecake swirled with cinnamon roll flavors, topped with cream cheese frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened (for frosting)
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened (for frosting)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
  3. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Swirl half of this mixture into the cheesecake batter.
  4. Pour batter over crust, then dollop remaining cinnamon mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  6. For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Spread over cooled cheesecake.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
