Decadent Cherry Garcia Fudge

A rich, creamy chocolate fudge loaded with cherries and chunks of dark chocolate, inspired by the classic ice cream flavor.

For the Crust:

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Fold in dried cherries and dark chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread into an even layer. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Lift fudge out using parchment overhang. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve.

Notes
