For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix crushed cornflakes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the cornflake mixture.
- Place coated tenders on the baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
