Crunchy Cornflake Chicken Tenders

Crispy and flavorful chicken tenders coated with crushed cornflakes for an extra crunch.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix crushed cornflakes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the cornflake mixture.
  4. Place coated tenders on the baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
