Crockpot Hamburger Potato Casserole

A hearty and comforting casserole with layers of ground beef, potatoes, and cheese, slow-cooked to perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Layer half the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Top with half the ground beef, onion, and cheese.
  3. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, beef, onion, and cheese.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over layers.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
