For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Layer half the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Top with half the ground beef, onion, and cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, beef, onion, and cheese.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over layers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
