Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger powder, black pepper, and water to make the sauce.
- Place chicken wings in the crock pot and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the wings are tender and fully cooked.
- Optional: Broil the wings in the oven for 5 minutes for a crispier texture before serving.
