  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger powder, black pepper, and water to make the sauce.
  2. Place chicken wings in the crock pot and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the wings are tender and fully cooked.
  4. Optional: Broil the wings in the oven for 5 minutes for a crispier texture before serving.
