For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs. Dip each chicken breast first in the eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
