Crème Brûlée Cheesecake Cupcakes

A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and classic crème brûlée, baked in individual portions with a caramelized sugar top.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press 1 tbsp into each liner for the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crusts.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over tops. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until bubbly and golden.
