Creamy Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
