For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
