  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the Ritz cracker topping is golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.

Notes
