Creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Éclair Delight

A decadent dessert combining layers of fluffy éclair pastry, creamy peanut butter filling, and rich chocolate topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (14.4 oz) frozen éclair shells
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Thaw éclair shells according to package instructions and slice horizontally.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread peanut butter mixture on the bottom halves of éclair shells and replace tops.
  4. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips with milk and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce over assembled éclairs.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
