			For the Crust:
- 1 package (14.4 oz) frozen éclair shells
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Thaw éclair shells according to package instructions and slice horizontally.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread peanut butter mixture on the bottom halves of éclair shells and replace tops.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips with milk and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce over assembled éclairs.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
