For the Crust:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Sauté until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and add thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
