For the Crust:
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and stir until well combined.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until evenly coated. Serve warm.
