Creamy Alfredo Mac and Cheese

A rich and creamy twist on classic mac and cheese with Alfredo sauce for extra indulgence.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and stir until well combined.
  3. Gradually whisk in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir until evenly coated. Serve warm.
