- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 ½ cups dried cranberries
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- Place cream cheese in a small bowl and beat until fluffy.
- Add feta cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries; mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each of the 4 tortillas.
- Roll each tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator, unwrap, and cut into slices to serve.
Notes
The feta mixture can be difficult to spread; using the back of a metal spoon helps. For easier spreading, mix cheeses thoroughly before adding cranberries. These pinwheels are best served chilled and can be made ahead of time.
