Cranberry Feta Pinwheels with Cream Cheese

Cranberry Feta Pinwheels are a creamy, sweet, and savory appetizer featuring a blend of cream cheese, feta, dried cranberries, and fresh chives spread on flour tortillas, rolled, chilled, and sliced for a festive snack.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Yield: 16 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 ½ cups dried cranberries
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese in a small bowl and beat until fluffy.
  2. Add feta cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries; mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each of the 4 tortillas.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Remove from refrigerator, unwrap, and cut into slices to serve.

Notes

The feta mixture can be difficult to spread; using the back of a metal spoon helps. For easier spreading, mix cheeses thoroughly before adding cranberries. These pinwheels are best served chilled and can be made ahead of time.
