For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Coat each chicken tender in the sour cream mixture, then roll in panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Place the coated tenders on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
