For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them evenly with the mixture.
- Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dredge each coated chicken tender in breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Arrange chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
