Crack Chicken Tenders

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them evenly with the mixture.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dredge each coated chicken tender in breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Arrange chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
