  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, Parmesan, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each tender in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry tenders until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
