- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, Parmesan, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each tender in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry tenders until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with bacon and parsley before serving.
