For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
