For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
