- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in cheddar cheese and milk until dough forms.
- In another bowl, combine crab, mayonnaise, and Old Bay. Roll biscuit dough into 12 balls, flatten each, add a spoonful of crab mixture, and seal into stuffed biscuits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Meanwhile, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Drizzle over warm biscuits before serving.
