  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Stir in cheddar cheese and milk until dough forms.
  2. In another bowl, combine crab, mayonnaise, and Old Bay. Roll biscuit dough into 12 balls, flatten each, add a spoonful of crab mixture, and seal into stuffed biscuits.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Meanwhile, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and parsley. Drizzle over warm biscuits before serving.
