For the Crust:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a baking sheet.
- Brush dough with olive oil. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then add Parmesan cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices in a single layer.
- Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder over the toppings. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
