Corn Dip with Cream Cheese

A creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy corn dip that’s perfect for parties, game days, or as a tasty appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in whole kernel corn, creamed corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, green chilies, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
