For the Crust:
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in whole kernel corn, creamed corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, green chilies, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips or crackers.
