			- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until smooth. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until dough forms.
- Scoop dough, flatten slightly, add a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture, then seal with another dough piece. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire rack.
