For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 2 tsp cinnamon. Press firmly into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until center is set. Let cool completely.
- Mix 2 tbsp melted butter with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Drizzle over cooled bars and spread evenly.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
