For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, and half of the chopped cilantro.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the honey garlic mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with remaining cilantro before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
