Churro Cheesecake

A delicious fusion dessert combining the cinnamon-sugar goodness of churros with creamy cheesecake, all wrapped in a flaky crescent roll crust.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, sealing perforations.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over dough layer.
  3. Unroll second can of crescent dough and place over cream cheese layer, sealing perforations. Pour melted butter over top.
  4. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
