For the Crust:
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 (8 oz) cans crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing seams.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place over the cream cheese layer, sealing seams.
- Pour melted butter evenly over the top layer of dough.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
