- 1 orange, sliced, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup cranberries, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 cups cranberry juice (100% pure, unsweetened recommended)
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda (such as 7UP or Sprite)
- 1 cup white rum (optional)
- Ice
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Add the slices from 1 orange, 1 cup cranberries, and ½ cup pomegranate seeds to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pomegranate juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda and ice to keep it bubbly and chilled.
- If desired, stir in the white rum for an adult version of the punch.
- Garnish with extra orange slices, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, and rosemary sprigs for a festive presentation.
Notes
For best results, chill all ingredients before mixing and add soda and ice last to prevent it from going flat. The rum is optional, so omit for a non-alcoholic version. Rosemary sprigs add a sophisticated holiday aroma and look.
