Christmas Punch

A festive and refreshing Christmas Punch made with cranberry juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice, lemon-lime soda, fresh fruit garnishes, and optional rum for a boozy twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, sliced, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup cranberries, plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 cups 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened recommended)
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda (such as 7Up or Sprite)
  • 1 cup white rum (optional)
  • Ice
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the sliced orange, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  2. Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pomegranate juice. Stir to combine.
  3. Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda and ice to the punch. Stir gently to mix.
  4. If desired, add white rum for an alcoholic version and gently stir again.
  5. Garnish with additional orange slices, cranberries, and fresh rosemary sprigs for a festive touch.

Notes

1. Mix all ingredients except soda and ice ahead of time; add soda and ice just before serving to keep fizz. 2. Use chilled ingredients to reduce dilution from melting ice. 3. For more sweetness, pineapple juice can be added.
