- 1 orange, sliced, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup cranberries, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 cups 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened recommended)
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda (such as 7Up or Sprite)
- 1 cup white rum (optional)
- Ice
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Add the sliced orange, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pomegranate juice. Stir to combine.
- Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda and ice to the punch. Stir gently to mix.
- If desired, add white rum for an alcoholic version and gently stir again.
- Garnish with additional orange slices, cranberries, and fresh rosemary sprigs for a festive touch.
Notes
1. Mix all ingredients except soda and ice ahead of time; add soda and ice just before serving to keep fizz. 2. Use chilled ingredients to reduce dilution from melting ice. 3. For more sweetness, pineapple juice can be added.
