- 1 orange, sliced, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup cranberries, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 cups cranberry juice (100% pure)
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup white rum (optional)
- Ice
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Add the orange slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pomegranate juice.
- Mix well and chill all ingredients before serving.
- Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda and ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with additional orange slices, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, and rosemary sprigs.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum. The punch can be made ahead of time, but add the soda and ice just before serving to keep it fizzy. Use fresh fruit for the best flavor and presentation.
