Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake

A decadent dessert combining layers of cookie dough, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate chips, perfect for any celebration.

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour until fully incorporated. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cookie dough layer. Drizzle with half of the chocolate fudge sauce.
  4. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the ice cream layer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Before serving, drizzle with remaining chocolate fudge sauce and garnish with whipped cream.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
