Instructions

- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Melt the chocolate candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and place back on the parchment paper.
- Allow the chocolate coating to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
